Fiona has had a vast experience in the insurance industry specialising in Commercial Insurance and Domestic Insurance products.

With 26 years of experience, Fiona’s main focus was providing superior customer service.  Fiona has previously worked with Suncorp for 20 years and has transitioned through AMP, GIO, Resilium and Vero branded products providing support and service to direct clients, BDM’s and Resilium Authorized Representatives.  Since joining CIS Group, Fiona has been an integral part of our team in ensuring our client’s policies are processed and distributed in a timely manner.  Fiona is also a pivotal piece in how the business runs, using her skills to assist with the implementation and training of new and existing operating systems.

In her spare time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family including her two children and relaxing with her friends over a coffee or a nice glass of wine.
