With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ivanka brings a vast range of experience in customer service as well as claims and credit control management.

Ivanka had previously worked with Suncorp specialising in Commercial Insurance and Domestic Insurance products while also providing services to BDM’s, Resilium Authorised Representatives and direct clients.

Since joining the CIS Group team, Ivanka has taken on the role as Claims & Credit Control Officer for our Ivanhoe and Bellarine Branches.
