Janna has over five years of experience handling international accounts in USA and UK as a Customer Service Officer, Email Specialist and Financial Analyst.  She is currently learning more about the insurance industry and continue to acquire knowledge in administrative support.

Since joining CIS Group, Janna has been an integral part of our team in ensuring our client’s policies are processed and distributed in a timely manner.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling with her friends while exploring places and having some adventures.
